Principal Editor (PE): Dr Elena Papadopoulou

The Principal Editor is responsible for overseeing all procedures and implementing the operational model of the journal while ensuring that operations align with the strategy objectives of the journal. This includes governance, organizational structure, policies, procedures, and optimization.
Principal Publishing Officer (PPO): Dr Levison Zeleza Manda

The PPO is in charge of charting the strategic direction of the publishing program, encompassing the development of the journal portfolio and the peer review process. They are driven by a passion for utilizing the Unicaf platform to enhance the evaluation and dissemination of research, and ensure that content aligns with the organisations’ brand and values.
Senior Publishing Officer (SPO): Dr Attridge Mwelwa

Dr Attridge Mwelwa is a seasoned academic, researcher, and higher education leader with over 10 years of professional experience spanning academia and the banking sector. He currently serves as Deputy Vice Chancellor for Research and Innovation at Unicaf University Zambia, where he leads institutional research strategy, innovation development, and partnerships, while promoting high-impact research aligned with national and global priorities.
Dr Mwelwa holds a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with a specialization in Industrial Relations from Binary University of Entrepreneurship and Management, Malaysia. His academic expertise covers Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Industrial Relations, and Organizational Development. He is actively involved in postgraduate supervision at Masters and Doctoral levels and has contributed extensively to curriculum development and academic quality assurance.
Her research interests include financial inclusion, supply chain management, climate resilience, public sector accountability, and higher education systems. She has authored and co-authored several journal articles, conference papers, and book chapters, and serves as a reviewer and editorial board member for academic journals, including the Unicaf Online Journal.
In addition to her academic career, Dr. Mwelwa has a strong background in treasury operations, stakeholder engagement, and international banking. She is also certified in court-annexed mediation and has participated in regional and international research collaborations, contributing to policy-relevant and community-impact research initiatives.
Managing Editor (ME): Dr Athanasia-Eleni Kavadia

The Managing Editor is responsible for overseeing the editorial process and ensuring the smooth functioning of the publication. They are responsible for managing the team, and ensuring that the publication’s content meets the needs and expectations of its target audience.
Research Integrity / Ethics Officer (RI/EO): Dr Margarita Olympiou

Dr Margarita Olympiou is a senior academic leader with extensive experience in teaching and learning, academic quality assurance, and higher education governance. She serves as Associate Pro Vice-Chancellor for Teaching & Learning at Unicaf and Dean of the School of Sciences, Health Sciences, Technology & Engineering, where she leads institutional strategy, oversees academic quality, and enhances student outcomes. She has also held roles as Academic Manager at Unicaf, Head of Biology & Science Faculty at GC School of Careers, and Scientific Researcher at the Cyprus Institute of Neurology & Genetics. Her background includes a strong research focus in molecular medicine, supported by multiple postgraduate degrees and peer-reviewed publications.
Marketing and Communications Officer (MCO): Mr Alex Campbell

The MCO is responsible for overseeing the marketing and communication strategy of the journal. Overall, the MCO plays a pivotal role in building the journal’s brand.
Legal Advisor (LA): Mrs Maria Elisavet Charalambidou
The LA leads the team responsible for overseeing legal and compliance affairs.
Technical Manager (TM): Mr Nicolas Karagiorgis

The Technical Manager oversees the digital publishing infrastructure that supports the journal portfolio. This includes managing the journal management system, ensuring platform functionality and security, supporting submission and peer-review workflows, and maintaining integrations with services such as DOI registration and indexing databases.
