Editor-in-Chief: Dr Sichali Cheyo

 

Dr. Cheyo Sichali is an academician and researcher with extensive experience in higher education, research supervision, and human resource development. He holds a PhD in Business Administration (Human Resource Management) from the Zambian Open University. With over fifteen years of teaching and research experience, Dr. Sichali has served as a lecturer, programme leader, research supervisor, and external examiner at several institutions, including UNICAF University, the Zambian Open University. He has supervised numerous undergraduate, masters, and doctoral research projects and has contributed significantly to academic scholarship through conference presentations and publications.
Dr. Sichali is passionate about advancing knowledge through teaching, research, mentorship, and capacity building. His research interests include human resource management, organizational psychology, higher education, workforce development, Organisational Climate, strategic management, and social issues affecting education and community wellbeing.

 

Associate Editor: Dr Nathan Musonda

Dr Nathan Musonda is the Associate Dean of the School of Doctoral Studies (Federal) at Unicaf University. He holds a Ph.D. in Operations and Supply Chain Management, an MBA, and a Master of Philosophy in Business Administration, with an academic background in Industrial and Production Engineering. Dr Musonda has extensive experience across academia, the private sector, and international development initiatives. His work has focused on strengthening institutional capacity, advancing research led teaching, and contributing to policy and practice in both local and international contexts. His research interests include Supply Chain and Operations Management, Quality and Project Management, Sustainable Procurement, Corporate Governance, and Business Ethics. He has contributed to scholarly research and continues to engage in academic and professional activities within these fields. He is recognised as a key contributor to the development of production and operations management in Zambia and has played an active role in promoting best practices in governance and management. He previously served on the Steering Committee of the African Corporate Governance Network, supporting regional efforts to enhance corporate governance frameworks. Dr Musonda is currently authoring a book titled Digital Supply Chains and Smart Operations: Managing Complexity in the 21st Century, which examines the role of digital transformation in modern supply chain systems.
