Publication decision

Unicaf Online Journal  employs a single blind review process. The editor-in-chief  is responsible to assess whether or not an article meets the editorial board goals. The papers considered suitable are sent to two peer reviewers who are experts in their field. The final decision will be made by the editor.

The decision making should depend on the importance of an article to different communities of people (researchers, practitioners).

If there is a conflict of interest then the editor concerned should withdraw from the editorial decisions. Another editor without any conflict of interest will take the final decision.
